RCG Productions, LLC, producer of Ecobuild America, Ecobuild Federal and AEC-Science and Technology (AEC-ST), has launched a construction industry leadership program designed specifically for CEOs and Presidents.
Exton, PA (PRWEB) April 15, 2005 -- RCG Productions, LLC, producer of
Ecobuild America, Ecobuild Federal and AEC-Science and Technology (AEC-ST), has
launched a construction industry leadership program designed specifically for
CEOs and Presidents.
The Ecobuild Leadership Track is managed by
Construction Peer Group Corporation (CPGC) and includes Ecobuild Conference
networking events and off-site meetings. The ongoing program helps “C” level
executives and Presidents increase leadership skills and improve bottom-line
profitability. It is designed around the concept of non-competing companies
sharing best practices in a peer group environment.
In announcing the
new Ecobuild event, George Borkovich, a principal in RCG, said: “For a long time
we have looked at ways we can provide new dimension to leadership training. The
Leadership Track we have developed provides a real opportunity for CEOs and
Presidents to participate in a program that pumps new ideas and insights into
their businesses that can accelerate their learning curve to make them
competitive. This all occurs in an environment that focuses on the needs of the
expanding market for green building and sustainable design.”
Construction
Peer Group Corporation (CPGC) manages the Ecobuild Leadership Track and has been
instrumental in developing both the onsite and offsite programs. Ron McKenzie,
CEO and President of CPGC, has more then 30 years of experience in the
construction industry. Ron notes: “The charter of the Ecobuild Leadership Track
is to provide a new education program in a peer group setting where leaders can
work through major issues affecting their businesses.”
Richard Bright is
the co-founder of CPGC and was instrumental in developing the Ecobuild
Leadership Track Program that gives Ecobuild its leadership edge. Richard
explains: “The primary thread of success of many leaders is the ability to share
and network with others to shorten their learning curve when addressing a
multitude of issues such as business growth. The Three Track Program we have
developed for Ecobuild provides a unique opportunity for everyone to experience
the benefits of the peer group processes.”
The core of the Ecobuild
program includes:
Track One: Conference Leadership Networking – Designed
around mini-peer groups where ideas can be exchanged and documented for everyone
that participates. .
Track Two: Leadership Coaching – An additional
option is for those executives who want to start experiencing the benefits of
the peer group phenomena.
Track Three: Leadership Peer Group – A
traditional peer group where 8 to 12 executives get together three-to-four times
in a year to share best practices and work through a predefined curriculum.
Borkovich adds: “The 7-Step Core Curriculum TM that Ron and Richard have
developed as a part of the program makes this win-win situation for everyone.
The Curriculum takes a company through strategic planning, business planning,
marketing planning and financial planning as part of the peer group process. No
longer will the construction executive be faced with flying into a meeting,
which is not organized or facilitated. The meetings have a core content
specifically designed for CEO’s and Presidents to look at their businesses from
a different vantage point. It provides input from other like-minded companies in
the sharing of best practices and developing a framework for making key
strategic and financial decisions. This is very unique compared to any learning
program offered in the construction industry, because it has an underlying
curriculum that guarantees success by addressing key issues as they arise.”
The Ecobuild America show and conference premieres June 20-23, 2005 at
Disney's Coronado Springs Resort and Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.
Focused on the needs of the expanding green building market. Ecobuild America
