Environmental Group Seeks Donations of Surplus Real Estate, Brownfield Areas, Suspected Polluted Lands and Property
IRS 501(c)3 tax-exempt educational and scientific organization is soliciting for donations of real estate in furthering its charitable and research purposes.
(PRWEB) January 20, 2005 -- Earth Preservation Funds, Inc., incorporated in
1993, is seeking to acquire donations of sensitive, seized, surplus, blighted,
condemned or unwanted land and real estate including those bearing homes,
buildings or abandoned industries.
Such properties may be refurbished,
remediated, utilized directly to advance our research and educational goals or
conserved for the benefit of wildlife or future generations. Such properties
could bear encumbrances or deed restrictions to limit future use or activities
conducted on such. Property donated by businesses or individual owners is tax
deductible to the extent permitted by law. EPF may offer a nominal bid to
facilitate the transfer.
