With over 10 years of experience in commercial and
residential construction, Baker will become a valuable asset for Charleston

Baker previously worked as
Construction Manager, General Contractor, Broker-in-Charge and Principal for
Fountainhead Realty & Development in Raleigh, NC. Baker also served as the
Project Developer for Bobbitt Design Build in Raleigh, and as the Construction
Administrator of The FWA Group in Charlotte. He was named a Planning
Commissioner for the City of Raleigh in 2001, and again in 2003, when he became
Chairman of Raleigh's Strategic Planning Committee.
