MetroShed designer, David Ballinger, launches MetroShip - a floating houseboat inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright.

industry first – a unique, architecturally modern houseboat aptly named
MetroShip featuring world-class interiors to compliment the Frank Lloyd wright
inspired exterior.
MetroShip is unique. Using an all aluminum hull,
aluminum framing and insulated vinyl wall panels, the houseboat market is set
for radical changes. From the hot tub on the roof to the signature Frank
Lloyd-Wright inspired exterior design the MetroShip will feature complimenting

standards production is slated for 2006.

MetroShip is
currently being re-engineered for mass production in the USA and will go to
market in 2006 around the world. Estimated pricing for the 40ft x 15ft yacht is
$350,000 - well below similar sized existing house boats.
